1. Confirmation of Bookings: Please note that your appointment is not confirmed until a member of our staff contacts you directly to finalize the booking.
2. Grace Period for Late Arrivals: We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, the appointment slot will be released, and you may need to reschedule.
